MISSION STATEMENT:

(borrowed from the National Search and Rescue)

The member units of the Search and Rescue Association, as it stands today, are equipped to handle almost any emergency, whether it is a Lost Child, Downed Aircraft, Military or Civilian, Traffic Control, Mountain Rescue, Water Rescue. They are the Minute Men/Women of their Community; the Silent Partners to all Mankind.

We are a Non-Profit, Totally Volunteer Organization dedicated to Search, Recovery, and Rescuing anybody, in any conditions (kind of like the Postman, we deliver no matter the weather)
